Many people, including myself, avoid using commercial fertilizer on the veggies or plants. It performs well, but some chemicals are involved, which are not environmentally friendly, and some can even harm your plants. I can't even pronounce that they are so dangerous for the atmosphere. Therefore a lot of gardeners prefer more natural ingredients for their gardens.


This Miracle Grow fertilizer is an extra organic process to supplement your garden plants. The homemade plant fertilizer recipe is easy to make, and it works well like commercial fertilizer!

Retail fertilizers are more expensive. So why several gardeners prefer to make their homemade fertilizers for their garden plants with items located around the home.

What is homemade Miracle Grow?

Commercial fertilizers are reliable for garden vegetables, plants, shrubs, and the manufacturer promised not to burn your plants while if you used it as directed.

However, several gardeners (who love organic) don't prefer to apply chemical products in the garden. They are trying to use natural fertilizer forms, like compost piles or producing their own products to apply.

The homemade Miracle Grow recipe that I added below is made from baking soda, Epsom salts, water, and a tiny amount of ammonia. It is believed to be a natural way to fertilize your garden plants. I hope you can apply it and make your plants grow health better.

How To Make Home Made Miracle Grow :

Required ingredients for homemade Miracle Grow recipe:

  • One tablespoon of Epsom salt
  • One gallon water
  • Half a teaspoon of Household ammonia( you can purchase it from store).
  • One teaspoon of baking soda.
  • A large container.
Combine all of these ingredients. You can use this mixer once a month on your plants as fertilizer.

What to do:

  • Mix all of these ingredients in a large container.
  • Keep in an airtight bottle and save it for later use. (shake before use)
  • You can use this Miracle grow once a month on your garden plants.
  • Take 1/4 homemade miracle grow for light feeding and mix with 4 cups of water.
  • For extra feeding, take 1/8 homemade miracle grow and mix with 4 cups of water.
  • Observe your plant's growth.
